Mark provides a practical down to earth approach to improving human performance. Identifying client goals and the obstacles that prevent the goals being achieved is a priority for the services Mark offers. Whether the obstacles to personal/professional development are: learnt patterns of behaviour; negative thinking patterns; lack of knowledge or skills; lack of meaning in life; low motivation; compulsive or addictive behaviours; or issues related to sexual or other identity, Mark designs interventions to assist you to achieve your goals.

Mark Anns work history in the health sector has been recognised, and he is now able to use the title of Health Psychologist

Mark Anns has over 30 years experience dealing with a issues related to improving human performance . He has worked as a psychologist, sex therapist, a facilitator, lecturer, policy analyst and manager. Mark was the manger of the NSW Health Opioid (methadone and buprenorphine) Treatment program for a number of years before working as a manger at the Cancer Institute NSW. Mark is trained in a range of approaches and is a Master Practitioner and Trainer in NLP, he currently works in private practice in Sydney Australia.
