Mark offers a broad range of psychological services to individuals who wish to improve their performance levels, whether experiencing mental health difficulties, or wanting to improve overall enjoyment of life.

Drug and Alcohol Issues

 

Mark worked as NSW Health manager of the Opioid (methadone) Treatment Program and was involved in a wide range of D&A Programs  while working with the health department.

 

Sexual Functioning

 

Mark  is past National and NSW President of the Australian Society of Sex Educators, Researchers and Therapists. Mark is experienced in assisting with a wide range of  sexual functioning and sexuality issues.

 

Depression and Anxiety

 

These are two of the most common issues that psychologists deal with that impact upon people as they go through life. Mark provides both a general assessment and a range of cognitive techniques to assist in these conditions

Transpersonal Issues

Mark has developed an interest in assisting individuals who have non-ordinary experiences of consciousness related to a sense of connection to a universal consciousness.

 

Mark in association with Consciousgateways leads occasional tours of ancient sites.

Many individuals reach a point in their lives where they start to question, the meaning of their life. This can be a challenging time  and lead to a quest for meaning, Mark  provides support for those grappling with these questions.

Sexual identity issues

 

Mark has provided services to the gay and lesbian community for the past 25 years.

 

In the mid 1980’s he was Head of the Counselling Unit and Assistant Director of the Albion Street (HIV) Centre.
